Personal Care: Winter Care Tips
Winters are here and along it will bring dry skin and even worse cracked skin. So here are some important things to keep in mind and you can enjoy these winters without any worries.
MOISTURE: The most important thing for you in these winters should be a good moisture. Use a good oil-based moisture to keep yourself hydrated.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER: Drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated in winters.
SUNSCREEN: Sunscreen is a must whether its summer or winters. Use a good sunscreen whenever you step out of your house. Apply it half an hour before stepping out are re-apply it whenever its necessary.
LIP BALM: It should be an important part of your winter regime as our lips tend to get dry in winters n if proper care is not been taken they can get more worse . Use a good lip balm with SPF whenever you are out. You can also apply malaise or warm ghee on your lips before going to bed. Avoid licking your lips as it will make your lips more dry.
FEET: Our feet get dry n cracked in winters so special care should be taken of them. Soak your feet in warm water before going to bed for 10-15 min. Then remove the dead skin gently with the help of pumice stone. After that apply moisture or a good cream to save your heels from cracking.
